Kylian Mbappe scored a hat-trick of goals as PSG survived Montpelier’s scare to secure a thumping Ligue 1 win, MySportDab reports.
It was a cracker first-half engagement between the two sides. PSG were in absolute control of proceedings before they fell apart.
Starting on the front foot, it wasn’t long before they put Montpellier to the sword. Vitinha scored in the14th minute to race the away side into the lead.
Six minutes after Vitinha’s strike, clutch Mbappe consolidated the lead for PSG, scoring to make it 2-0.

Despite going down by two goals, Montpellier showed resilience and character and fought back prudently to level the scores before the break.
Nordin opened the scoring for the home side at the half-hour to halve the deficit before Savanier netted the equaliser in first-half stoppage time to make it 2-2 before the break.
Far from their promising performance in the first half, Montpelier crumbled in the second half, failing to tame PSG’s prolific firing front in the second 45.
It was a rout for the Ligue 1 giants who ran riot on the hosts with four more goals in the second half to secure victory.
Kylian Mbappe opened the scoring in the second half, scoring in the 50th minute to restore the lead.
Lee Kang-in scored three minutes after Mbappe’s goal to extend the lead, thanks to an assist by Kolo Muani.
Three minutes after the half-hour, Mbappe was on target again for his hat-trick to make it 5-2 with 27 minutes of regulation time left.
PSG were not done with their riotous goal-haul as Mendes scored at the death of regulation time to wrap up a 6-2 victory after the final whistle.
