Cristiano Ronaldo makes it another brace as Portugal thrashed Bosnia and 0-5 in their Euro qualifications match, MySportDab reports.
The Portuguese legend is proving to be unstoppable as his goals keep coming in making sure they were able to claim another massive victory.
Joao Felix and Bruno Fernandes were also on target for the match which saw them running riot against their opponent all through the 90 minutes.
It was a showdown which immediately turned into a goal in the 5th minutes as Cristiano Ronaldo converted from the penalty spot making things 0-1.
He extended the lead for Portugal with a brace in the 20th minutes which saw an assist coming from Joao Felix as the match carried on 0-2 between both teams.
Bosnia and Herzegovina were just wondering with no solution with another goal scored by Bruno Fernandes in the 25th minutes made things 0-3 as they pushed on.
Joao Cancelo made it 0-4 with another goal which came in the 32nd minutes ensuring it was fast becoming an embarrassment for the home side.
It was far from over as Portugal ended the first half with a 0-5 lead which saw Joao Felix adding one last one against Bosnia and Herzegovina as they headed for the break.
The second half wasn’t more of a competition as the game was already done and dusted in the first 45 minutes played between the two teams.
Portugal maintained their lead as the game progressed with so much more going forward but the goal scoring wasn’t the same for them.
The home side couldn’t make anything happen for themselves despite playing a much better football in the second half which they could have done earlier to avoid the heavy loss.
The match ended in favor of Portugal who claimed a 0-5 victory thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo making headlines once again this time against Bosnia Herzegovina.
