The Old Trafford club are looking to add more firepower to their team which have seen them put eyes on the Brazilian.
As the case may be, Paris Saint Germain have discussed the player leaving when the season comes to an end.
There are a number of club who will be looking to make an offer to sign the player when the summer window open for business.
Manchester United are said to have made their interest known and also made an approach to sign the player this summer.
It is claimed that a player like Neymar joining the Old Trafford club could ruin a lot just like it was with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Luis Saha have warned his former club against making such move which could end up dividing their team once again.

“It would be great for the Premier League to have Neymar playing in England because he’s such a terrific player,” Saha told Betfred.
“He’s very entertaining to watch but I can understand the question marks that can come from having a player like Neymar at your club.
“I’m just a big fan of the player on the pitch but I don’t believe he’s lived up to expectations in his last three or four seasons with PSG.
“I wouldn’t want to see him in a Manchester United shirt considering the exaggerated media attention a superstar like him would attract.
“The team structure is so important and still fragile at times.
“But I certainly believe he’d be a great addition to the Premier League.”
Manchester United are looking to make some addition in the transfer window this summer with them hoping to play in the Champions League.
