PSG has defeated Nice 2-1 to maintain their unbeaten run to the season, with Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe on target for the Parisians, MySportDab reports.
First HalfÂ
The first half started with PSG dominating the game as expected, with the visitors sitting back to frustrate the efforts of their opponents for most part of the game.
Nothing really happened in the first few minutes of the first half, as PSG dominated the game while keeping Nice in check when they wanted to break away with counterattacks.
Some series of chances were created, but a goal was yet to come until the 29th minute when Lionel Messi struck to give PSG the lead.
The former Barcelona playmaker was on top of his game as he easily shot the host into the lead in just a few minutes with more minutes to play in the first half.
Despite going one goal up, the star-studded side were still dominant, controlling every aspect of the game and not giving Nice a chance.

The second half started in earnest with PSG doubling up effort to protect their win by looking for more goals.
The ball possession was still in their favor, and they continued to dominate proceedings in the match.
Nice equally gave a better performance, but it was not good enough to upset the scoreline in their favor in the first few seconds of the match.
Nevertheless, there was a goal breakthrough in the 48th minute as Nice finally found the back of the net, leaving the scoreline at a 1-1 draw with Laborde on the score sheet.
PSG stepped up efforts to regain their lead, but the Nice defense was solid enough to contain the assault and maintain the tie for some minutes into the second half.
Surprisingly, Nice were gradually coming more into the game and contesting vigorously for the possession and were gaining momentum.
Mbappe finally scored the winner making it 2-1 as PSG cruised to another victory to maintain their unbeaten run.
