Aoife Mcgregor Biography

Aoife Mcgregor

She was born on July 25, 1985, in Crumlin, Dublin, Ireland. Aoife McGregor is the middle child of Tony and Margaret McGregor, between her older sister, Erin, and her younger brother, Conor.

Aoife has spoken warmly about her parents’ origin story, telling the Irish Independent that Tony and Margaret met as young teenagers, around 13 or 14 years old, while working together folding sheets at a laundrette just off Baggot Street in Dublin.

Tony McGregor worked as a taxi driver for 26 years to support the family before transitioning into church and community work after Conor’s UFC career took off.

Margaret was a homemaker, and Aoife has credited her mother as the source of her lifelong interest in beauty and fashion, recalling watching her carefully do her nails every Friday night before going out.

She also said her father was always sharply dressed, giving her an appreciation for style from both parents while growing up.

Aoife married Mark Elliot on December 31, 2016, in a ceremony at the Powerscourt Hotel in County Wicklow, followed by a honeymoon in the Maldives.

Mark, who also grew up in Crumlin, has a documented criminal conviction from 2009 after Irish authorities discovered a significant quantity of cannabis at his home.

He received a six-year prison sentence, with two years suspended, and was released in 2013. He has since operated a legitimate mini digger rental business, where Aoife also works.

In December 2022, Aoife drew public attention after sharing photos with Graham “The Wig” Whelan, a man reported to have associations with the Kinahan crime organization, taken at Conor’s Black Forge Inn pub in Dublin.

Aoife did not publicly address the relationship in detail, and the nature or duration of any relationship has not been confirmed beyond the photos themselves.

She remains close with her siblings and regularly appears alongside Conor and Erin at family events.

She has spoken affectionately about her tight-knit upbringing, describing her parents as hardworking people who instilled strong values in all three children.
