Garnacho has obviously impressed Coach Erik ten Hag and is now a key player for the first team.

After his goal against Fulham, Ten Hag said: “Alejandro played a key role in the win, he scored to get all three points and it was a great finish, so  that is what you expect from subs coming in.

“I’m delighted with his progress. We have an extra player to count on in the squad and I’m happy for the academy that we keep producing brilliant players.

“But also, the way we scored that winning goal all the way from defense, outplayed, and composure. Great assist from Christian Eriksen.”
