Robert Lewandowski scored with two assists as Barcelona beat Cadiz 0-4, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
Both teams had it good in the first half, which didn’t see them making anything of their opportunities, but their defense was excellent.
Cadiz gave the away side a good run for their money by making sure they never had it easy all through the first 45 minutes of football which was evenly balanced.
Barcelona created so many opportunities which saw cleared out before it resulted in any damages by the home side who were dogged in everything.
Nothing happened still as they hit the half hour mark with the scoreline still goalless between both teams who pushed forward more to make something happen.
The first half came to an end with Cadiz holding Barcelona to a 0-0 draw after 45 minutes of football which was played between both of them.
Second Half Report
The second half was different as goals came in from the away side, which could make things happen going forward.
Cadiz maintained things at 0-0 in the early stages of the second half as they ensured their defending was still looking sharp and in the right places.
Barcelona made it 0-1 in the 55th minute of the game after a break inside the home side’s defense, which saw Frenkie de Jong making it a goal for his side.
Another one followed up in the 65th minute of the game from Robert Lewandowski, who made it 0-2 from a clean finish as the match continued.
More opportunities were recorded, with the scoreline staying the same in favor of the away team, who wanted to make something more happen as it continued.
The game between both teams was stopped as a fan had an health issue which lasted for sometime before the game resumed with Ansu Fati making it 0-3 in the 86th.
Ousmane Dembele added another one in the 90th minute plus additional time which made the scoreline 0-4.
The match ended with Barcelona taking all three points with a 0-5 win against Cadiz after 90 minutes of football that was played between them.
