Bayern Munich has officially announced the signing of Matthijs De Ligt from Italian giants Juventus, MySportDab reports.
The German Champions signed the 22-year-old Netherland international in a deal worth €70m, including €10m add-ons.
The centre-back had reportedly signed a 5-year-contract with the Bavarians, which see him stay in the club until 2027.
De Ligt has expressed his happiness in joining Bayern Munich.

In a message shared on his Twitter handle, De Ligt said his happy t be a part of one of the most successful clubs in Germany and Europe.
He thanked the management of the club for the opportunity to be a part of the Bayern story.
De Ligt also extolled the management of the club for running the club brilliantly.
Bayern was able to sign De Ligt after they confirmed that an agreement had been reached for the departure of Robert Lewandowski.
The Bavarians reportedly had the opportunity to pursue the de Ligt deal due to the most they got from Barca in the Lewandowski deal.
Lewandowski had given green lights of his potential departure from Allianz Arena since February.
Barcelona is said to ha e approached the player for a possible deal which has subsequently materialised after a seeming deadlock.
Bayern were making gestures of disapproval to the departure of the Poland international with a year remaining in his contract.
The German giants finally bent and consented to the deal and have used the proceeds to pursue the Mathijs De Ligt deal.
MySportDab understands that De Ligt is willing to take a pay cut to his €10m to join the Bavarians.
Bayern had previously expressed interest in the 22-year-old when he was still playing for Ajax in 2019.
The centre-back made a €75m switch to Juventus instead. He has made 117 appearances for the Old Ladies before joining Bayern Munich.
