Arsenal has walloped Premier League rivals Chelsea 4-0 in a thrilling pre-season encounter, MySportDab reports.

First Half

It was an engaging match between the two Premier League rivals as the first half of the game kicked off.

The Gunners appeared more tactically organised and played with confidence throughout.

Chelsea created fewer chances as the Mikel Arteta side put up a superior performance over their London neighbours.

New signing and former Man City player put the Gunners in front in the 15th minute as he lobbed Xhaka’s wonders long pass into the net.

Despite going one goal up, the Gunners continue to dominate the game giving the Blues a tough run in the midfield and attack.

Their outstanding and overwhelming effort paid off again as Odegaard doubled the lead in the 36th minute.

The first ended with the Gunners comfortably taking a surprising 2-0 lead over their London rivals.

Second Half

The second half began with Arsenal dominating still possession and taking the game to their opponents with full force.

The Blues attempted to make some breakthrough attack to pull a come-back, all to no avail.

Arsenal continued to push for a third goal as they overwhelmed the Blues’ defence with great attempts on target.

The efforts resulted in Saka’s 66th-minute strike, which made it 3-0 for the Gunners, with Chelsea appearing more clueless.

The Blues were disoriented as they tried to push for a consolation goal with series of efforts.

A stoppage-time goal by Lokonga in the 93rd minute out the game far beyond Tuchel’s team as the Gunners went 4-0 up.

The game ended with the Gunners snatching such a dramatic 4-0 win over their Premier League rivals.
