New Tottenham boss, Antonio Conte has just recieved his international clearance which will enable him to be in charge of Tottenham tonight when they meet Vitesse Arnhem, MySportDab reports.
It would be recalled that the veteran manager was appointed Spurs’ new boss on Tuesday but couldn’t start work officially as he and his staff awaited their work permits from the Home Office.
This can be confirmed to have now been settled as Conte will be in the dug-out for tonight’s European Conference League clash with Vitesse after he received the relevant documentation needed to start work.
Conte’s arrival in Tottenham has greatly lifted the hopes of fans around the world as he is considered an elite coach and a serial winner. His ovation will sure be rapturous from Spurs fans when he comes on for the first time.
While speaking with Spurs’ in-house media team, Conte said: “It’s a great honour, a great pleasure to be Tottenham’s manager. I’m here to play good and attractive football for our fans”
