Atletico Madrid have announced the signing of Nigerian Super Falcons star Rasheedat Ajibade, MySportDab reports.
Rasheedat has joined the Spanish club on a two-year contract agreement.
The 21 year old female footballer is excited about playing football in Spain.
Speaking to Atletico’s official website, Rasheedat said: “It is a fantastic opportunity to be here today. I am excited to join this team and i hope to achieve success here.
“This is a big step for me in my career and a great challenge to show my quality.”
Rasheedat added: “I am a very versatile and hard working player. I will do my best for the team here.”
Rasheedat Ajibade also shared pictures of her new club and announcements on Twitter.
