Lionel Messi scored the only goal as Barcelona narrowly beat Levante 1-0 at the New Camp which saw them move to eight position on the League table, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first Half wasn’t too good from the Laliga giant who seems to be having so many issues with on and off the pitch.
Levante didn’t pose more threat as they didn’t push forward too much due to the number of attacks thrown at them by Barca.
Barcelona bossed the half but their finishing wasn’t good with Lionel Messi leading his side as the man up front playing a false nine position.
The first half ended with Barcelona 0-0 Levante as they both headed for the break in a goalless scoreline affair.
Second Half Report
The second half of the game was different but the tempo wasn’t that fast as the home side found the back of the net.
Barcelona continued to attack until Lionel Messi found the breakthrough after scoring in the 76th minute to give his side the much needed 1-0.
Meanwhile, Levante did try to make a comeback which failed on multiple occasions after going close to the home side goalpost.
The match ended with Barcelona 1-0 Levante as Barca claimed the crucial win to retain eight position on the League table and a good win.
