FCWC: Seattle Sounders 0-2 PSG, Kvaratskhelia STRIKES! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia was on target as PSG breezed past Seattle Sounders 2-0 to finish top of their group, MySportDab reports.

It was a good game which saw the European Champions finished with six points after three games played.

Seattle started aggressively, pressing PSG early in the game as they looked to cause another upset for the European Champions.

Paul Rothrock intercepted Paris Saint Germain goalkeeper Donnarumma, feeding Jesús Ferreira, whose shot sailed over the post.

In the 35th minute, PSG opened the scoring when Vitinha unleashed a shot which deflected off Khvicha Kvaratskhelia into the net.

It was a bit fortunate for the Georgian, but it secured the lead for his side before they headed for the break.

PSG grew into the game and focused on tighter defense while hunting the second goal to end off their opponent.

Midway through the half, Bradley Barcola’s swift transition found Achraf Hakimi unmarked at the far post, and he calmly slotted it home in the 66th minute.

The scores became 2-0 in favor of the European Champions who became calm knowing they got the second goal.

Despite Seattle’s efforts, PSG locked it down, allowing zero shots on target as they finished up winning the match 2-0.
