Ademola Lookman scored the only goal as Nigeria’s best Angola 1-0 to qualify for AFCON 2023 semifinal, MySportDab reports.
The first half saw a lot from the two Nations but only one side could benefit from their chances created.
The Atalanta player once again was incredible as his goal made the difference after 90 minutes of action which went down.

There was a lot to play in the match which commenced with a quick pace from the two Nations who wanted to make sure they scored early.
Angola did well enough defending which was something they also did so well and made an opportunity of their own but couldn’t convert.
Victor Osimhen got himself a chance on goal but unfortunately, the delivery wasn’t quick enough to see him make it count as the match carried on forward.
The goal finally came after a wonderful play which saw Moses Simon setting up Ademola Lookman who smashed it in neatly to make things 1-0 in the 41st minutes.
There was nothing left to be played between them as Nigeria headed inside for the break with a narrow lead of 1-0 against Angola who had their moments.
The second half was key to making sure the job was secured as they both came in still looking for something to favor themselves.
Angola weren’t bad as they managed to hold things down and came close to scoring but the woodwork denied them the opportunity on goal.
Nigeria scored through Victor Osimhen but unfortunately, after a VAR check, the goal was chopped off for an offside position for the Napoli man.
The game pushed on with a lot of opportunities kept on coming and nothing was changing the scoreline which the Super Eagles were okay to see remain.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria finished off the joand booked a place in the AFCON 2023 semifinal after claiming a 1-0 victory against Angola in the quarterfinal.
