Manchester United eased through into the next round of the FA Cup after claiming a 0-2 victory against Wigan, MySportDab reports.

Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandes both scored as they were able to see themselves into the next round of the FA Cup.

Erik Ten Hag was more relaxed after the victory which buy him more time as his job continue to be on the line this season.

It was a game which started with so much talk concerning Erik Ten Hag future if he failed to make anything happen at the end.

Wigan Athletic came in prepared looking to make more troubles for the away side who looked sharp defending whatever that came.

Manchester United took the lead with a goal in the 22nd minutes ensuring the scoreline quickly became 0-1 thanks to Diogo Dalot wonderful finish.

Marcus Rashford was the one which made the goal happen after being able to setup the defender who was quick to make it count and changed the scoreline.

Manchester United held on to a narrow 0-1 lead entering the break with a wonderful display that could have seen them added more against Wigan Athletic.

The second half was still the same bringing in a lot of action but not much goals which could have made it more entertaining.

Manchester United continued holding things down while they create opportunities moving forward in search of another goal to add.

Wigan Athletic maintained good composure as they also did made some openings themselves but it didn’t work out as their finishing wasn’t close.

Bruno Fernandes increased thing between both teams with a goal from the penalty spot score in the 74th minutes making sure it was 0-2.

Manchester United made sure the job was completed as they book their ticket into the next round of the FA Cup beating Wigan Athletic 0-2.
