Manchester City kept things going after claiming another win 2-0 against Sheffield United to end 2023, MySportDab reports.

Rodri made himself available to help stir his side in the lead which didn’t come so easy against their opponent who were solid.

The Champions were unstoppable once again as they made it count going forward in the game which they created opportunities.

There was so much tension from both teams pushing forward in the early stages which was eventful and brilliant.

Sheffield United were superb in the first 10 minutes which they saw the ball and managed to keep the home side away from breaking them down.

Rodri gave Manchester City the lead in the 14th minutes after a wonderful work from him with Phil Foden made sure the scoreline became 1-0 in their favor.

It was another game which continued to work out for Pep Guardiola side but they struggled adding another goal as the first half of the encounter pushed forward.

Manchester City finished the first half in front with a narrow 1-0 lead which came from their closest opportunity which was well converted against Sheffield United.

The action resumed in the second half with so much being played between them and also there was a lot in opportunities and pressing.

Manchester City scored another goal in the 61st minutes ensuring things was 2-0 for them and this time it was Julian Alvarez who added to the lead.

Sheffield United continued play and did more of creating opportunities but it wasn’t going anywhere close as the scoreline stayed the same.

The game entered the final minutes with still nothing to write about from everything despite opportunities coming from both ends.

Manchester City did well enough ensuring there was nothing stopping them as they claimed a 2-0 victory against Sheffield United ending 2023 with a win.
