Luis Diaz father was in the Stadium to watch his son during Colombia Vs Brazil match, MySportDab reports.

The Liverpool player father have been a victim of kidnapping alongside his wife who are both free.

Luis Diaz father have since been out of captive and made his appearance to watch Colombia Vs Brazil match.

It was an emotional game which the player father was present in the Stadium to enjoy the World Cup qualifiers match.

The encounter was one which the forward made his own by scoring two goals which eventually won the match.

Brazil came into the match at the back of some poor performance which they needed to beat Colombia.

They started well with things favoring the Brazilians who dominated play and made sure everything working.

Arsenal Gabriel Martinelli gave them an early lead in the match which came in the 4th minutes from a brilliant play.

They continued with a lot more happening but no leveler could come from the home side who pushed more after conceding.

They soon found the equalizer with a goal from Diaz in the 75th after they struggled all through the first half to make anything happen.

He went on scoring another goal in the match which saw it being the winner Colombia needed after 90 minutes.

Although his goal wasn’t the center of attention as his father celebration was the moment which everyone was drawn towards.

Luis Diaz father was in an emotional state while celebrating the goal which was scored by his son early today.

“Yes, I was thinking of my dad all the time on the pitch… he always had the right mentality in difficult moments”.

“This win, these goals go for him”.

It was a wonderful moment for the player and his father who have been through a lot in recent weeks.
