Real Madrid sealed a narrow 2-3 victory against Serie A winners Napoli in their second Champions League match, MySportDab reports.
Jude Bellingham was amongst the goal scorers once again for his side who were able to come out top of the match after 90 minutes.
The Spanish Champions were equal to the task which saw Victor Osimhen kept away from making anything happen for his side all through the game.
It was a good game which action were unlimited coming from both teams who had everything under control from kickoff.
Real Madrid were excellent from kickoff but it didn’t pay off as the home side scored the opening goal which came from Ostigard to make it 1-0 in the 19th minutes.
Napoli had their foot in front as the match progressed well for them until a goal from Vinicius Junior in the 27th minutes leveled things between them 1-1.
Jude Bellingham added another one which came in the 34th minutes making the scoreline 1-2 in favor of the away side who took charge of everything on the pitch.
The first half came to an end with Real Madrid in the driving seat with a 1-2 lead against Napoli which wasn’t having things work their way for the night of football.
The second half was another heated 45 minutes which saw more being played from both ends as the goals kept flying in the remain left in the match.
Napoli came through getting the leveler in the 54th minutes of the game which came from the penalty spot from Zielinski who was able to make things 2-2.
Real Madrid were far from being done as they pushed knocking in search for the lead which came luckily from an own-goal scored by Meret in the 78th minutes to make it 2-3.
Napoli were stunned on their home ground as Real Madrid came out victorious with all three points from a 2-3 result which was well deserved going forward in the Champions League.
