Manchester United Coach Erik Ten Hag has now provided more update on Marcus Rashford’s recovery from injury, MySportDab reports.

United secured a place in the quarter-finals after defeating Barcelona and Real Betis in the previous rounds of the Europa League.

Erik ten Hag also used the opportunity to give a full debut to young winger Facundo Pellistri as United won comfortably.

Now, the Red Devils could have already reached the next round easily but the defence collapsed last week at Old Trafford and the match ended 2-2.

Two late own-goals from Tyrell Malacia andHarry Maguire gave Sevilla some host of winning at home tonight.

Lisandro Martinez suffered a season-ending foot injury and Bruno Fernandes will also miss the second leg at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan stadium.

With United playing next against Brighton in the FA Cup semi-final in three days, Ten Hag has a difficult decision to make about players returning from injury like Rashford.

Speaking about Rashford, Ten Hag said: ‘He had one full training session with the team, but some individually sessions before.

‘I have to make the decisions tomorrow.’

Instead of travelling to Sevilla with the win already, the tie could now go either way.

Also, Ten Hag included Marcus Rashford in the squad and the forward also travelled to Spain with Luke Shaw, Malacia and Marcel Sabitzer.

Sevilla are currently 13th on the La Liga table but remain unbeaten in four matches under new coach Jose Luis Mendilibar.

The Spanish club have a special relationship with the Europa League and have won it six times since 2006.
