Manchester United have been handed a huge transfer boost in their pursuit of Kolo Muani, MySportDab reports.

The Red Devils have been eyeing a move for the Eintracht Frankfurt star as Erik Ten Hag prepares to beef up Man United’s attack against next season.

Manchester United are looking at Muani as a prime target next summer but had to face the hurdle of wrestling the striker from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Kolo Muani has a contract with the Bundesliga side until 2027 and it was still unclear whether the club will allow the France international leave next summer.

Meanwhile, there were talks the club were planning to extend his contract after his sterling and brilliant display so far.

Now, reports shared by Christian Falk from Caughtoffside says Eintracht Frankfurt are not keen on extending Kolo Muani’s contract again and may likely allow him to leave in the summer if the right offer is tabled.

Sources close to the club say the club does not see extending his contract as a realistic option in the meantime.

The report reads:

“Manchester United may have been handed a boost in their search for a new attacker this summer, with sources at Eintracht Frankfurt no longer keen on extending Randal Kolo Muani’s stay.”

The news is coming as a major transfer boost for Manchester United who have been eyeing the prolific forward.

However, the Red Devils have to battle with top shots in the race to sing the striker like PSG and Bayern Munich who are also plotting a move for the 24-year-old.

Kolo Muani has hinted at his desire to play for a big club but he is currently focused on his contract with his club.

As things stand, if Eintracht Frankfurt gives the nod, the striker will be ready to join any big club with the right offer.

This season, he has scored 16 goals with 14 assists in 23 games for Eintracht Frankfurt.
