Chelsea suffered another defeat against Fulham 2-1 in a game which they finished with 10-man, MySportDab reports.
Joao Felix debut didn’t go as expected after he was shown a red card in the second half after a brilliant first 45 minutes.
First Half Report
The London Derby started well with both teams doing more than enough going forward trying to make something good happen in the match.
Chelsea started well with Joao Felix being the man in the center of creating opportunities which saw Lewis Hall missing a clean chance on goal which could have been the lead.
The game carried on with Fulham doing so much from their end to ensure they score the lead which did not come for them as the match was becoming more competitive.
William finally made it happen for the home side with a deflected strike which beat Kepa Arrizabalaga as the scoreline turned 1-0 in the 25th minutes.
That goal changed a lot in the game which saw Joao Felix coming close on multiple occasions on making it level but thanks to Bernd Leno he couldn’t make it count.
Fulham went inside for the break after 45 minutes of football with a 1-0 advantage against Chelsea who couldn’t make anything happen from their end.
Second Half Report
The second half resume with a lot coming from the Blues who were being pressured knowing they needed to make something happen by any means possible.
Chelsea leveled things 1-1 in the 47th minutes of the game after Mason Mount freekick which hit to post and Kalidou Koulibaly scored for the Blues.
Things was going well until Joao Felix committed a foul on a Fulham player which saw the new signing getting a red card in the 58th minutes.
Carlos Vinicius scored with a header in the 73rd minutes of the encounter which saw the scoreline turned 2-1 in favor of the home team.
The match carried on with nothing else which ended things with Fulham claiming all three points from a 2-1 victory against Chelsea after 90 minutes of football.
