Raheem Sterling hit one as Chelsea beat Udinese 1-3 in their preseason friendly match in Italy, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
So much happened in the first half which saw goals flying in from both ends of the pitch as the Premier League side had many opportunities on goal.
Chelsea were in control of the game having seen Edouard Mendy making an incredible save in the early stages to keep them in the encounter.
A goal came from NGolo Kante in the 20th minute thanks to a beautiful counter in play which saw the France International raced through before hitting the bottom corner to make it 0-1.
The game pushed on with more opportunities coming through but Udinese were able to keep their defending very strong for anything to happen as things continued good.
Raheem Sterling deflected ball hit the back of the net to make it 0-2 which was as a result of the forward strike bouncing back on him to make it a goal for the Blues in the 37th minute.
A counter attacker from the Italia side was enough as Gerard Deulofeu scored one goal back in the 42nd minute after Edouard Mendy save the first strike but failed in his second as it turns 1-2.
The first half ended with Udinese 1-2 Chelsea as they both headed inside for the break after 45 minutes of football played between them in Italy.
Second Half Report
The second half wasn’t so much fun as just one goal was recorded between both of them going forward.
Udinese held their ground as things carried on in the second half knowing how much they couldn’t do in the first 45 minutes of the game.
Chelsea did everything possible to make something happen but it wasn’t working out for them despite everything they put in going forward.
Mason Mount netted in the 90th minute of the match to ensure the game increased to 1-3 from another wonderful finishing.
The goal was enough as the match ended with Udinese 1-3 Chelsea which saw the Premier League side sending their preseason with a positive result.
