Chelsea are currently putting things together for a move which could see them land Aurelien Tchouameni, MySportDab reports.
The Monaco player has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge since the summer transfer window.
Aurelien Tchouameni talks with Chelsea are set to go on as the Blues are eager to complete a move for the youngster from France.
The Champions of Europe are not the only team interested in signing the midfielder who is open to making a move away from Monaco.
The likes of Manchester United and other top clubs are also interested in making a move for the youngster when the window opens.
Chelsea are now doing everything possible to ensure they close up a deal ahead of next season which is tipped for the player to move.
According to Frank Khalid he confirmed the latest developments via his twitter page earlier today.

“Chelsea are preparing fresh talks as they aim to land Aurelien Tchouameni, according to reports.
“The 21-year-old currently represents Monaco but looks set for a big-money move next summer’.
This move is one being planned ahead with the likes of Jorginho and NGolo Kante nearing the age that will see their performance drop.
Chelsea are already putting things together as they will look to bring in future replacement.
The Blues also have the likes of Billy Gilmour and Connor Gallagher who are both doing well on loan with Norwich City and Crystal Palace respectively.
Aurelien Tchouameni would be another good addition to the team if they get to complete a move for him.
Declan Rice is also another name being line-up for a possible move alongside Manchester United who also are in the race to sign the ex Chelsea academy player.
As for now no confirmation on how the move will be happening with many clubs in the race to land to Monaco star player ahead of the January window.
