Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior scored as Real Madrid came from behind to beat Sevilla 2-1 to remain top of table, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
A beautiful start in the first-half of the encounter which both teams had their own fair amount of opportunities to make things happen going forward.
First 10 minutes of the encounter was evenly balanced without a goal coming through from either side who had everything under control as it progressed.
Rafa Mir gave Sevilla the lead in the 13th minute of the first half after an amazing teamwork effort saw Marcos Acuna providing the assistance to make it 0-1.
Real Madrid carried on with the game forcing a way back into it as they failed to make good use of every opportunity created with the game pushing on.
Karim Benzema scored in the 32nd minute to make things level 1-1 after an outstanding effort saw the France International smashing one past the goalkeeper.
The first half ended with Real Madrid and Sevilla settling for a 1-1 scoreline after 45 minutes which saw them heading inside for the break which was needed.
Second Half Report
More coming in the second half which had both teams doing everything needed to be done for them to take the lead which would have charged the moral in the early minutes.
Real Madrid continued looking the better of both sides which saw them dominating things but the goal failed to come as their opponent were also another side who where perfect.
Sevilla held on while they also created opportunities of their own which could have given them the lead but they couldn’t find a way past the goalkeeper who was very solid in goal.
Vinicius Junior finally scored in the 87th minute of the second half to give his side a 2-1 lead which ended the game seeing Real Madrid claim three points against Sevilla.
