Tottenham are now looking into the possibility of bringing in Steven Gerrard as their new manager after another failed talks for a new handler, MySportDab reports.

The Liverpool legend is currently taking charge of Rangers in the Scottish Premier League and he is being eyed to make England return.

Talks with former Wolverhampton manager Nuno have taken a bad turn as the deal is set to collapse which brings Tottenham to making move for Steven Gerrard.

The ex Reds is tipped to make a return to England as possible Jurgen Klopp replacement if he leaves Liverpool but now it looks like he will be making the move early to London.

The Rangers boss is being considered to be their next option as the search for Jose Mourinho’s successor continues with preseason set to kick off.

Steven Gerrard is now a leading candidate to be the next Tottenham manager with things already going bad once again with their currently target.

The club went cold on Nuno Espirito Santo after talks of him taking over as their new manager next season, according to reports from the Evening Standard.

Former Wolves boss Nuno had emerged as the new favourite to succeed Jose Mourinho, however a negative fan reaction is said to have put off the club and the deal is now canceled.

Instead Liverpool legend Gerrard who recently won the Scottish Premiership last season with Rangers is now being eyed as a possible candidate to take over the position.

Tottenham will be hoping this time around they can finally get a new manager with them already failing to land few top candidates earlier despite negotiations.
