Kai Havertz scored as Chelsea a point in a 2-2 draw against Everton to end their winning streak, MySportDab reports.
Joao Felix was able to make it his second goal in the match which came from a nice teamwork effort and help from the visitors.
First Half Report
The first half was cagey between the two teams who had a lot coming. They both started well going forward in the encounter.
Everton saw less of the ball which meant they had little to do when it comes to attacking and making something happen in the first half.
Chelsea were the side with all the opportunities but couldn’t find a way one making one hit target as the game carried on hitting 30th minutes mark.
Nothing could separate them as they continued with the match. The Blues had some close opportunities which they couldn’t make it count for anything.
The first half ended with a 0-0 goalless scoreline. Chelsea couldn’t score despite how much of the ball they saw against Everton who had less of everything.
Second Half Report
The second half was another one which both teams came in stronger. They started the 45 minutes so well hoping to get in something.
Chelsea took the lead in the 52nd minutes of the game through an outstanding goal from Joao Felix who made it 1-0 as they carried on.
Everton wasted no time in coming back level in the 69th minutes of the game thanks too a well taken goal from Abdoulaye Doucoure with a header which made it 1-1.
Kai Havertz restored the lead for the Blues in the 76th minutes which came from the penalty spot as the scoreline turned 2-1.
Ellis Simms scored a 90th minutes goal which saw the match turned 2-2 in what wasn’t excepted to happen in the encounter.
The match ended with Chelsea taking just one point with a 2-2 draw against Everton after 90 minutes of football played between them both.
