England right-back Kieran Trippier has now told his team-mates that he is ready to join Manchester United, MySportDab reports.

Trippier had a fantastic season in La Liga with Atletico Madrid as they won the LaLiga title and he was also named in the La Liga Team Of The Season.

Over the past few weeks, Trippier has been linked with a transfer to Manchester United this summer.

United Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants more competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right back.

Now, According to The Sun, former Tottenham Player has told his England teammates that he wants to join Manchester United.

Trippier is excited about the possibility of a transfer to Manchester United this summer.

United are confident they can sign Trippier for around £15m, despite him being a key part of the Atletico Madrid team.

Trippier’s life in Spain did not go as expected after he was given a ten-week ban for an alleged breach of betting rules about his transfer to Atletico from Spurs.

The England man returned back after his ban in good form which has now attracted interest from Manchester United.

He played 28 LaLiga matches last season for Atletico Madrid under Diego Simeone.

Trippier has two years left on his current contract at the Wanda Metropolitano.

The only issue is that Trippier is 30 and it would be unwise for Manchester United to a player close to the end of his career.

MySportDab believes that the Red Devils should sign Norwich Defender Max Aarons instead, he provides good quality for a young age and can be in the team for many years to come.
