Chelsea have officially confirmed the signing of former Paris Saint-Germain defender Thiago Silva who joins on a one year deal, MySportDab reports.
The move comes after the defender completed his medical yesterday with the announcement delayed until today.
Frank Lampard’s side have been active in the transfer market recruiting players before the start of the new season.
Ben Chilwell and Malang Sarr deal was completed yesterday and now another major signing.
The Blues are looking to strengthen their squad for the Premier League title challenge for next season.
There are also reports of Kai Havertz deal which is set to be completed before the end of the month.
With Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen already agreed a £90 million move for the German player.
In addition, the club has already completed the signings of Malik Mothersille, Jimi Tauriainen and Xavier Mbuyamba this summer.
