FT: Netherlands 3-0 Georgia, Memphis Depay STRIKES! (Match Report And Highlight)

The Netherlands recorded an easy 3-0 win against Georgia in a friendly match which Depay alongside Weghorst and Gravenberch scored, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

Just one goal coming from the first half of the encounter which saw both sides doing all they have to do to ensure it was a brilliant 45 minutes.

Memphis Depay gave the Netherlands a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute after converting from the penalty spot which saw the forward finished off neatly.

Georgia had things under control after that goal which saw the game become more evenly balanced with both teams going after each other.

It progressed with the home side for the encounter bossing the game, making sure they controlled everything going on in the pitch of play.

The first half of the game ended with Netherlands 1-0 Georgia as they both headed for the break with the advantage over to the home side.

Second Half Report

It was a more eventful second half encounter which saw both teams causing troubles but only the home side were able to score the goals in the 45 minutes.

Georgia did pretty good as the second 45 minutes progressed, which saw them dealing with every attacks thrown at them as they also created few opportunities.

The Netherlands increased their lead in the 55th minute through an amazing goal from Weghorst who ensured he was able beat the goalkeeper to make it 2-0.

More coming from the Orange men who ensured they added another goal to make it 3-0 in the 76th minute through Gravenberch who finished off for the third.

The match finished with the Netherlands 3-0 Georgia as the home side claimed a win which didn’t come with stress against their opponent.
