Harry Kane bags a brace as Tottenham drew Newcastle United 2-2 in another poor display in the Premier League, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
It wasn’t a bad first half encounter as three goals was scored which two came from the away side and one from the home team.
Newcastle United took the lead in the 28th minute after controlling the game before making a breakthrough which Joelinton made it 1-0.
Tottenham didn’t took long to respond as Harry Kane restored things on 1-1 level terms after scoring in the 30th minute for his side.
Harry Kane grabbed his brace in the 34th minute which made it 2-1 after receiving an assist from Tanguy Ndombele which ended up in the back of the net.
The first half of the encounter ended with Newcastle United 1-2 Tottenham as they both headed for the break with Spurs taking the advantage.
Second Half Report
The second half started with a high pace from both teams who had so much work to do so they can get something out of the game.
Tottenham continued to see more of the ball but the home side had more opportunities coming their way which they couldn’t score.
Newcastle United level things to 2-2 in the 85th minute thanks to a goal from on loan Arsenal man Joseph Willock who finished off neatly.
The game progressed with Spurs unable to make anything happen with the home side closing up their defense.
It finally ended with Newcastle United 2-2 Tottenham as they both finished the game with one point each.
