Two goals from Lionel Messi ensured Barcelona thrashed Real Sociedad 6-1 away from home as Dembele and Griezmann also scored, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
It was an outstanding first half of the game which was filled with goals coming from the away side.
Real Sociedad were in control of situation in the early stages as they made sure they didn’t concede any goal which worked out well.
Barcelona soon opened the scoring in the 37th minutes through Griezmann who converted with an amazing finish to make it 1-0.
The away side doubled their lead in the 43rd minute and this time it was the American Sergino Dest who made it 2-0 with assist from Lionel Messi.
The first half ended with Real Sociedad 0-2 Barcelona as they both headed for the break with advantage to Barca.
Second Half Report
The second half was much better as loads of goal was witnessed which Sergino Dest set the ball rolling by making it 3-0 in the 53rd minute.
Barcelona were unstoppable as Lionel Messi made it 4-0 in the 56th minute from one of the best finish as they continue to dominate the game.
Real Sociedad couldn’t make anything happen as they kept conceding with Ousmane Dembele making it 5-0 in the 71st minutes.
Barrenetxea managed to pull one back for the home side in the 77th minute which made it 5-1 as the game progressed.
Lionel Messi wrapped up things with the sixth goal which came in the 89th minute as the match ended with Real Sociedad 1-6 Barcelona.
