Late goal from Marcus Rashford ensured Man United beat Wolves 1-0 after a very tough game which saw Ole Gunnar Solskjaer go second with two points behind Liverpool, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half was an end to end encounter which saw many opportunities created by both sides who were fantastic going forward.
Wolves did had control of the game in the early stages which saw them going forward and almost scoring on multiple occasions but failed to finish off well.
Man United also had some glaring chances which saw Edinson Cavani going close to almost putting the Red Devils ahead in the match.
The first half ended with Man United 0-0 Wolves as they both headed for the first 45 minutes breaking without a goal scored.
Second Half Report
The second 45 minutes was almost the same except for the late goal which turned things around as Old Trafford witnessed some good football.
Wolves continued where they left off by making sure they keep things in order for them not to concede while they attack for a goal in the match.
The game progress without a goal until Bruno Fernandes up Marcus Rashford to score a late goal which gave Man United a 1-0 lead with few minutes left to play.
The match ended with Man United claiming a 1-0 victory against Wolves which saw them narrow the points to two behind Liverpool.
