Everton created few chances of their own but they failed to hit the target as they trail by 1-0 at home.

Michael Keane made it 1-1 in the 19th minute of the game after converting to keep his side level in the encounter.

The first half ended Everton 1-1 Liverpool as both sides headed for the break with a tie draw as the referee signaled for half time.

The second half began with the same pace as the first half which saw both sides taking things easy not to concede.

Everton had more work to do as they defend more in the game hoping to create a counterattack to break their opponent.

Liverpool pace slowed down a little as they were unable to make more chances to take the lead in the encounter.

Mohamed Salah made it 2-1 in the 72nd minute minutes after dispatching neatly to give his side the lead.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin heads home to make it 2-2 in the 81st minutes of the encounter thanks to an assist from Digne.

Richarlison was sent off after a rash tackle which saw him sent off the game in the 90th minute.

Jordan Henderson scored a late goal which was later ruled out for offside after VAR check in the 72nd minute.
