Tottenham are close to reaching an agreement with Real Madrid for left-back Sergio Reguilon, MySportDab reports.
Manchester United have previously shown interest in the Real Madrid left-back and Gareth Bale.
Spurs have signed Joe Hart, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty so far this transfer window.
Now, Tottenham want to sign more players before the October 5 transfer window deadline.
According to Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham today submitted a €30m bid for Reguilon and also accepted the buy back clause added by Real Madrid.

Manchester United have failed to reach an agreement for Reguilon because they have rejected the buy back clause included by Real Madrid.
MySportDab can confirm now that Tottenham are still in talks with Real Madrid and are more likely to snatch the player from Manchester United.
Real Madrid Coach Zinedine Zidane is not a fan of Reguilon despite his performance on loan at Sevilla last season.
Zidane is happy to let the player leave because he has Ferland Mendy and Marcelo available.
Sevilla had shown interest to re-sign Reguilon but have chosen to sign Mexican Marcos Acuna from Sporting Lisbon instead.
Reguilon played 38 matches for Sevilla last season, scored three goals and provided five assists across all competitions.
