They are looking at the player as a possible David Silva replacement after he completed a move to Real Sociedad.

Jack Grealish is a proven player who will fit into any big club and Manchester United has been tipped to sign him.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa place a huge transfer fee for the player as they fixed a whooping sum of £80m on the midfielder.

Due to the price placed on him, it has made the Old Trafford side cool down their interest on the player.

Man City would be willing to consider signing Jack Grealish to replace departed David Silva, according to The Athletic.

It appears the United side of Manchester won’t be getting the England international due to his price.

The Etihad clubside recently completed the signings of Ferran Torres and Nathan Ake who joined from Valencia and Bournemouth respectively.

They are also edging closer in completing a move for Napoli Koulibaly who is worth £60 million.
