Timo Werner scored his first Chelsea goal as the Blues played out a 1-1 draw against Brighton in a pre-season encounter, MySportDab reports.

An exciting game for both sides who will be playing each other as their first game of the new season.
The Blues got things on the way with just 4 minutes gone as Timo Werner struck his first Chelsea goal.
The game came in a buildup where Hakim Ziyech lunched in a killer pass which Hudson Odoi put down for Werner.
No goal was recorded in the first half as Brighton tried to pull back level but failed.
It ended Brighton 0-1 Chelsea as Frank Lampard side headed for the break with the advantage.
Second Half Report
Another 45 minutes filled with great attacking play of football as it recorded just one goal.
Chelsea who were looking unstoppable in the game as Ziyech and Timo Werner did more playing on the pitch before going off.
The game progressed with both side failed to get a goal despite couple of chances created on play.
As the game looks to be coming to an end Brighton pulled back level from the penalty spot.
It came after the Blues committed a foul which Pascal Gross stepped up and convert to make it 1-1.
It ended in a 1-1 draw as Brighton and Chelsea settled for a tie in their first preseason friendly game.
