The Super Eagles of Nigeria national team have been given a major boost in Wilfred Ndidi after confirmation from CAF, MySportDab reports.
Things seems to be looking good once again Amid the whole drama going on in Morocco which the Super Eagles team have faced.
Wilfred Ndidi received a card during the match against Gabon which later ended in a 4-1 victory for the Super Eagles.

After the game, it was confirmed that the midfielder won’t play any part in the final playoffs against DR Congo.
However, it seems otherwise is the case after an official confirmation was made available today via CAF.
According to the official page of the Super Eagles, they confirmed the Besiktas midfielder is eligible to play against DR Congo.
Here Is What Was Said:
“CAF has confirmed that Wilfred Ndidi is eligible to feature for the Super Eagles in Sunday’s playoff clash against DR Congo.
“Cautions accumulated during the World Cup qualifiers do not carry over into the playoffs; only confirmed suspensions apply.

This comes as a good news for the team who will have the vice captain ready for action in an important final game.
Nigeria are hopeful of repeating the same thing they did against Gabon which will be crucial to qualify for the final round of playoffs for the World Cup.
