The Gunners are once again off to a good start for the season after making sure they grabbed all three points needed.

Mikel Arteta and his players carried on where they left their preseason with a wonderful victory at home to get the Premier League going.

First Half Report

It was a possessive game for the Gunners who came out blazing hot and did everything to make sure they saw more of the ball.

Wolves were left struggling to see whatever they could put together from their end knowing they hardly had more of the ball.

Kai Havertz made it count for Arsenal in the 25th minute after a solid teamwork effort which saw Bukayo Saka setting up the assist as things turned 1-0.

There wasn’t anything else happening with the game pushing further entering into the 40th minutes and things remained the same between both teams.

Arsenal were good as the first half ended with them taking a 1-0 lead to the break which was a deserved one after dominating Wolves so much.

Second Half Report

Things in the second half were also brilliant for Mikel Arteta who was in control of things thanks to his players getting things done.

Arsenal continued pressing in search of another goal which wasn’t coming for them due to good defensive work from the away side.

Wolves were hit in the match again in the 74th minutes which this time was Kai Havertz setting up Bukayo Saka who scored to make things 2-0.

There was so much witnessed but it remained on the side of the home team who carried on with the encounter.

It was a nice outing which saw Arsenal ending the match with a 2-0 victory against Wolves after 90 minutes which saw some fights but it was all about the Gunners.
