Erling Haaland with a brace again as Manchester City claimed an important 0-2 victory against Tottenham, MySportDab announcements.

The Champions put themselves in a good position to retain their Premier League title once again after snatching three points.

The game ended up being a disappointment for Arsenal who were hoping their fellow London side would do them a solid.

The game was one that many had their eyes on knowing it could go on to decide what happens in the Premier League title chase.

Tottenham did well enough to handle business from kickoff which saw them battling so much pressure from the away team as they carried on.

It wasn’t a typical game for Manchester City who were mostly not seeing the ball more than their opponent but things stayed evenly balanced between them.

There was so many opportunities but nothing was happening between them as the game remained goalless hitting the 40-minute mark.

The first half resulted in nothing tangible as Manchester City and Tottenham were unable to make anything much after 45 minutes of action with a scoreline of 0-0.

There was a lot of talking that happened in the dressing room mostly from Pep Guardiola who knew what magnitude the game held to them.

Things carried on with Manchester City taking the lead after a wonderful setup work from Kevin de Bruyne which saw Erling Haaland put it to bed for 0-1 in the 58th minute.

Tottenham did well enough holding on but it wasn’t enough as Erling Haaland from the penalty spot in the additional time of the 90 minutes to make things 0-2.

Tottenham gave it a good fight but it was Manchester City who took home all three points from a 0-2 victory putting them on top of the Premier League table over Arsenal.
