They both did well in the first half which saw some display but only one side was able to make their opportunity count.

Nigeria started well with a lot coming from them while they went forward trying to see what they could do to ensure the lead was theirs.

It was Guinea who converted from their opportunity in the 14th minute which was a beautiful one that saw Camara making things 0-1 as they pushed on.

The Super Eagles had the opportunity of making a comeback in the match, but it wasn’t meant to be as Simon Moses couldn’t convert from the penalty spot as they continued.

Guinea held on to the advantage as they headed inside for the break with a 0-1 lead against Nigeria who couldn’t make much from their end.

The second half resumed with so much happening as things became more serious with the Super Eagles searching for something.

Guinea stayed on to their lead as they formed a good defensive backline ensuring there was nothing going past them no matter how the pressure looked.

Nigeria conceded another goal which came in the 64th minutes from Conte who was able to smash another one in making it good 0-2.

It was down to the final few minutes to ending which saw a lot coming but the scoreline stayed the same way between both teams.

Guinea made sure they cement the victory as they cause havoc for the Super Eagles of Nigeria preparation for AFCON after beating them 0-2.
