Chelsea and Manchester United will lock horns in a blockbuster Premier League clash tonight at Old Trafford, MySportDab reports.

The two sides are five points apart on the table with Manchester United on the 7th with 24 points, and Chelsea 10th with 19 points.

After a series of promising performances, United were pegged back to default settings by Newcastle United in their last Premier League clash as they stumbled to a 1-0 defeat – their 10th defeat of the season in all competitions.

Chelsea, on the other hand, have been on the ascendancy with a recent string of improved performances after a dismal start to the campaign.

Against United, the Blues, who have drew Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, before edging out Brighton despite playing 10 men, will hope to come out with a result at Old Trafford.

Ahead of the clash, Chelsea have confirmed their lists of players set to miss the trip due to injuries.

From a release on the club’s official website, the club confirmed nine players are still sidelined.

Leading the list is Christopher Nkunku, who isnuet to taste Premier League action for the club, and has been out on the sidelines since the start of the season.

The release confirmed Nkunku is still undergoing rehabilitation from his injury, and will miss the match.

Other players still stuck on the sidelines as confirmed by the club’s press release are Malo Gusto, Noni Madueke, Lesley Ugochukkwu, Ben Chillwell, Wesley Fofana, Carney Chukwuemeka, Trevoh Charlobah, and Romeo Lavia.

All the aforementioned players are on rehabilitation phase; a timeline of their possible return is not provided.

Chelsea will hope to see off Manchester United in what will be a rollercoaster clash as they continue creeping out of the woods of a dismal start to the season.
