The out-of-favor Manchester United center-back has dropped down the pecking order since Erik ten Hag became Manchester United manager.

His first start of the season came in the game against Brentford before October international break and it was an inevitable reprieve as Erik ten Hag had his first-choice defenders languished on the sidelines.

Harry Maguire is expected to return to his second fiddle role at Manchester United when Erik ten Hag have a handful of his defenders back from injury.

Also, he was recently stripped from his role as Manchester United captain by ten Hag further aggravating his misfortunes with the club.

Speaking on his dwindling Manchester United fortunes, Harry Maguire made his feelings clear on his possible Man United exit.

Maguire stated he will consider leaving Manchester United if he continues sitting out on the bench without action.

According to him, he will engage Manchester United on his future at the club and will not hesitate to hit the exit door if his dwindling fortunes continue.

Now, according to report reaching us from talkSPORT, Harry Maguire has been offered an escape route by AC Milan.

The Serie A giants are reportedly ready to made an offer for the player in January to lure him away from Old Trafford.

The move could see Maguire reunite with ex-Premier League stars such as Fikayo Tomori, Christian Pulisic, Olivier Giroud, who are all plying their trade with the 2023 Champions League semifinalists.

Maguire has two years remaining in his Manchester United contract and has equally attracted interest from West Ham United.

The Hammers will now have to jostle for the services of the player with AC Milan in January.
