Bruno Fernandes has emerged as a top transfer target for Saudi clubs interested in the services of the Portuguese midfield sensation, MySportDab reports.

Bruno Fernandes has been a key member of Man United squad and was recently instituted as the new captain replacing Harry Maguire.

He has three goals in 15 games for Manchester United and was crucial in man United’s late win over Fulham at Craven Cottage at the weekend.

Despite Man United’s dwindling fortunes, Bruno Fernandes is a priority player for Man United but he has been recently linked to a move to Saudi Arabia.

According to Italian journalist Rudi Galetii, some Saudi clubs are making moves to lure Bruno Fernandes to Saudi Arabia.

Representatives of the interested clubs are reportedly ready to enter into talks with Bruno Fernandes’ representatives to push through a move.

The Portuguese becomes the latest high-profile transfer target by Saudi clubs after a failed move to sign Liverpool and Premier League top striker Mohamed Salah.

Salah was strongly linked to a move to Saudi Arabia with Al Ittihad plotting a recording bid and contract offer for the Egyptian.

The move failed as Liverpool made good their attempt to hold onto the striker and ward off advances by Al Ittihad.

It is still unclear whether same could happen in Bruno Fernandes’ case as Saudi giants plot to splash their usual money-spinning offer for the Portuguese.

Bruno Fernandes’ possible Man United exit to the Middle East could be another transfer shocker in the summer and a big blow to Manchester United.

Fernandes penned down a new four-year contract with Manchester United in 2022 with an option of a one-year extension.

He has three years remaining in his Man United contract and may likely not fancy a move to Saudi Arabia with his prime career with Manchester United.
