Marcus Rashford brother, Dane Rashford, was arrested in Florida for grave allegations, MySportDab reports.

According to sources close to Florida Police Dane Rashford was arrested for physical violence and assault on his victim, whose identity is kept off media for legal reasons.

He was charged for domestic abuse implying the assault must have involved his partner or a close relative.

Particularly, the security operatives is said to have whisked Dane Rashford away when he was spotted in Florida in USA for ‘battery’ – a physical act of violently attacking a person.

According to the Telegraph, a police report was lodged with Miami police on October 20 to the effect of the incident while Dane Rashford was arrested four days later on October 24.

The incident was first documented by Florida Police as ‘misdemeanour battery’ but has now been further classified as ‘domestic violence’ and could carry heavy penalty if he is convicted.

At the time of filing this report, it has been revealed Dane Rashford is not in jail as he has been bailed out for $1500.

He reportedly spent about one week in custody before he was bailed out. His trial date is later this month on November 27.

Meanwhile, Miami Police officials have reportedly expressed concern Dane Rashford must have left the United States after his bail and it is unclear whether he will be available for trial.

Dane Rashford, 31, is a brother of Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford and also serves as agent for his brother and other football stars.

He has been spotted on the stands on several occasions supporting and cheering his brother on the field of play.

While the arrest occurred weeks back, the report filtered into media space after Manchester United lost fourth group Champions League match to FC Copenhagen with Rashford sent off last night.
