Newcastle United made light work of Chelsea 4-1 as Reece James was shown a red card, MySportDab reports.

Both teams had fair share of the match which saw them giving a lot from their end and getting one goal each going forward.

It was another poor display from the Blues which Eddie Howe side made sure they were able to pull through from all their opportunities in the match.

The Premier League match was tough for both teams with the away side starting with their manager not allowed in his position.

Newcastle United came in as the better of both teams making opportunities in the first 10 minutes but couldn’t make anything come to play despite how they looked.

Chelsea had themselves to blame as Marc Cucurella was caught napping as a pass was pulled through to Alexander Isak who took his time before beating Sanchez to make it 1-0 in the 13th minutes.

The Blues wasted no time in making a comeback which saw Raheem Sterling well taken freekick in the 23rd minutes making sure they equalized the game 1-1 with them pushing on.

There were moments that could have easily been a goal including a freekick from Trippier but it could hit as Newcastle United and Chelsea ended the first half 1-1.

The second half was different for both sides who had their objectives played out on the pitch which wasn’t an easy one to pull off in the remaining minutes.

Chelsea tried to make so much happen in the early minutes which was productive but wasn’t good enough to result in what they needed as they dominated play.

Newcastle United took back the lead 2-1 with a goal from Jamaal Lascelles which came in the 60th minutes after a good delivery from Anthony Gordon.

It was far from over as Thiago Silva error saw taking advantage and added another goal on the 61st minutes sure it was 3-1 between them as they carried pushing for more.

Reece James gave the Blues a death sentence after picking up a reckless yellow card for the second time to be sent off in the 73rd minutes.

Anthony Gordon made things 4-1 with a brilliant goal scored in the 83rd minutes making sure things became unbearable for the Blues.

Newcastle United job was made easy after the red card which they did well enough to ensure they finished with three points from a 3-1 victory against Chelsea.
