Tottenham claimed a victory 0-1 against Luton Town despite playing with one man down in the second half, MySportDab reports.

Spurs had themselves to blame in the first half which saw Yves Bissouma getting things complicated for his side by getting sent off.

It was fair enough to say that both teams had it good playing and going forward in the first 45 minutes which provided some moments.

Luton Town came in with hopes of tying down things for as long as possible to see if they can make something good from their situation going forward.

Tottenham were all over the place trying to attack and produce anything which could see them taking the lead that did not come for them despite all the attempts they made.

Yves Bissouma was the only talking point in the first half after getting a yellow card in the 39th minutes and went ahead to bag another one in added time which resulted to a sending off.

Tottenham finished the first half with themselves to blame after getting one man sent off with Luton Town still holding them to a 0-0 goalless scoreline after 45 minutes of action.

The second half saw a lot being set into motion which the home side were left with all the advantage of having more players on the pitch to roam about.

It was a difficult one for Tottenham who had to deploy more players playing multiple roles in other to make sure there aren’t much space on the pitch to cause them serious trouble.

Luton Town were not formidable enough as Spurs took the lead in the 52nd minutes which saw James Maddison assist Micky Van de Ven who made things 0-1.

Tottenham claimed the needed victory 0-1 against Luton Town despite playing the remaining half of the encounter without a player on the pitch who was sent off.
