Manchester United have made their announcement concerning assault charges against Antony by girlfriend, MySportDab reports.
The player have been facing a number of charges which was made public early in the year 2023 with investigation going on.
Antony gave an official statement declaring himself innocent of all charges brought up against him by his said former girlfriend.
The case seems to have escalated with so many talks making round pushing the focus away from Mason Greenwood.
The Brazil International could be the next player at Manchester United to get the hammer from the authorities.
Abuse and assault cases are something that is taken by all seriousness in England and things are now looking good.
Antony have seen his name chopped off from the Brazil national team who are distancing themselves away from the whole situation.
Manchester United have come out to make their official statement on the whole situation which they had little to say on the matter on ground.

“Manchester United acknowledges the allegations made against Antony and notes that the Police are conducting enquiries.
“Pending further information, the club will be making no further comments.
“As a club, we are taking this matter seriously, with consideration of the impact of these allegations and subsequent reporting will have on survivors of abuse.
Manchester United have already axed Mason Greenwood out of their team for the same charges despite the case being dropped and cleared.
Antony could face the same fate once investigation gets into another level and process that could see any sign of the case going against the player.
For now everything remains calm with the investigation still happening and nothing is confirmed except some statements from the player and police.
Antony is currently with Manchester United as he was removed from the invited players for Brazil international duties.
