Manchester City claimed a comfortable 2-0 victory against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, MySportDab reports.
Erling Haaland once again showed masterclass making sure he add among the goals which was scored going forward.
There was so much fight which came for the visiting side but it wasn’t enough to give them any fighting chance all through.
It was a good start to the match which saw the home side pressing from kickoff as they looked sharp and eager to get the opener.
Nottingham Forest were not bad in the opening minutes of the game which saw thwm defending well and also causing some problems moving forward.
Phil Foden set the ball rolling after converting in the 7th minutes of the game which saw Manchester city taking a 1-0 advantage as the game carried on.
Erling Haaland added to the lead in the 14th minutes which came from another teamwork effort that saw the Norwegian making it count with scoreline 2-0.
There was more which came in the match as things carried on between them until Manchester City headed for the break with a 2-0 lead against Nottingham Forest.
The second half was cagey with nothing much happening from them as they were able to balance up on the pitch which was good.
Nottingham Forest continued to push in the match but nothing was coming through despite all their efforts which was always going off the mark.
Manchester City continued dominating and pressing with everything hoping they could add to their lead which did not manifest all through the second half.
There was so much which happened but both teams had their defenders and goalkeeper to thank as they did a perfect job making things clean for their teams.
Manchester City ended the match with a perfect 2-0 victory against Nottingham Forest which put them as number one on the Premier League table.
