Jude Bellingham scored a stunner on his debut as Real Madrid beat Athletic Bilbao 0-2 in the Laliga opening game, MySportDab reports.
Los Blancos kicked off their Laliga Santander 2023-24 season with a resounding victory away from home.
Rodrygo scored the opening goal of the match which they did not have to worry about Karim Benzema leaving them starting the new season.

The season opener for the Laliga Santander saw two natives going up against each other in a wonderful encounter.
Athletic Bilbao made a good start to the game which was them doing so much going forward but were cautioned early after a yellow card received by Muniain.
Real Madrid were superb as they dominated play and did everything with them seeing more of the ball and creating more opportunities.
Rodrygo opened his account for the season with a stunner in the 28th minutes which saw things changed 0-1, and the assist for the goal came through Dani Carvajal.
The game carried on with some wonderful skills being shown by Blancos who where more in control as Jude Bellingham double the advantage to 0-2 in the 36th minutes.
There was nothing else to be done by either of both teams which saw Real Madrid taking a comfortable 0-2 lead against Athletic Bilbao.
The second half action was entertaining from both end as it was chances upon chances between both teams who pushed with everything.
Real Madrid were in full control making everything as smooth as possible while they looked hungry and wanting to add another goal in the match.
Athletic Bilbao had their moments but they couldn’t put it into making anything happen in the match which could have gave them a fighting chance.
Real Madrid ended the game with the needed victory 0-2 against Athletic Bilbao which meant they were able to open the season on a positive note.
