Morocco shocked so many as they book their ticket into the round 16 of the FIFA Women’s World Cup with a 1-0 win over Colombia, MySportDab reports.
Anissa Lahmari goal proved to be the game changer which was needed in the entire 90 minutes of football between both teams.
The victory saw Germany crashing out in the group stages which saw Colombia finishing as number one on the table with goals different.

The game was superb for the Moroccans who came in determined to make a lot of things happen moving forward.
It was a good start for Colombia who were well organized and did well enough going forward in the match which was cagey.
Morocco kept themselves in the game thanks to their wonderful defending and being able to push through despite all the pressure.
The game carried on hitting the 40th minutes mark and still nothing coming from them as they kept fighting hard for the lead.
Morocco took the lead in the added time left to be played in the first half which saw Anissa Lahmari converting after Ghizlane Chebbak missed a penalty.
The scoreline was 1-0 as they came in the second half with Colombia fighting to make a comeback which didn’t happen so soon.
They kept pushing with so much more but the Moroccan Women were very good with making sure everything stayed the same as they approach the one hour mark.
They didn’t give up so easy as they kept fighting and creating opportunities which was mostly defended or missed by the players looking to score.
It wasn’t an easy task with the Colombian Women pushing with everything they had to offer but nothing was able to make any different for them.
Morocco got the job done after 90 minutes which saw them beating Colombia 1-0 to make their way into the round 16 for their debut.
